-- SortLogic SYSTEMS Signs Reseller Agreement with NCR --

PLANO, TX, February 24, 2009 – Building on the growing momentum for agile solutions that reduce the complexity and cost of migrating to electronic capture and clearing, SortLogic SYSTEMS, a division of Omni-Soft, Inc., today announced an agreement with NCR Corporation to integrate and resell SortLogic’s DPX Transport Interface.

With no additional programming, SortLogic’s DPX Transport Interface seamlessly supports multiple check processing hardware platforms. The component is designed to help end-users of all sizes take significant cost, risk, and time out of implementing, integrating, extending, and maintaining image-based processing platforms, such as those for Check 21 initiatives.

NCR will use the SortLogic DPX Transport Interface to run IBM 3890/XPs equipped with IBM 3897 Model 4 Image subsystems off of the NCR ImageMark check-processing platform. The combined solution will allow financial institutions to replace components of their IBM capture system (CPCS or SuperMICR) with lower-cost NCR solutions, while protecting the institution’s investment in IBM 3890/XP and IBM 3897-4 hardware.
